Clinical Rationale

A severe bilateral equinocavovarus deformity left this patient unable to carry out ordinary daily tasks. The entire correction sequence was performed first on a printed bone model, so the real operation followed a plan rather than discovering the anatomy live.

A 29-year-old man presented with severe deformity of both feet, marked by equinus and cavus with varus components. He walked through the balls and outer borders of his feet, developing painful corns and callosities that interfered with daily activities.
