Clinical Rationale
A severe bilateral equinocavovarus deformity left this patient unable to carry out ordinary daily tasks. The entire correction sequence was performed first on a printed bone model, so the real operation followed a plan rather than discovering the anatomy live.

A 3D-printed bone model was prepared and a full surgical rehearsal — 'surgery before surgery' — was performed on it before the actual operation, allowing a planned, efficient correction of the complex bilateral deformity.

A bilateral severe equinocavovarus deformity, disabling daily life, corrected after a full surgical rehearsal was performed on a 3D-printed bone model.
A 29-year-old man presented with severe deformity of both feet, marked by equinus and cavus with varus components. He walked through the balls and outer borders of his feet, developing painful corns and callosities that interfered with daily activities. Because the deformity affected several planes on both sides, conventional two-dimensional planning offered only a partial view of the problem.
